The applications listed below are part of the Ocean Informatics Information Infrustructure. As part of the OI Exchange Initiative, some of these applications are built on reusable application platforms with APIs, intended to be both shared across communities and integrated with local applications.
DataZoo
Datazoo is a central repository for data and metadata of member projects.
As an information system, it provides data aggregation, ingestion,
description visualization, download, integration, and standardized exchange
organized into the following three application interfaces:
PZ Manager
PZ Manager is a management web interface into the Ocean Informatics
personnel backend, People Zoo. The People Zoo backend is used across
different applications such as Data Zoo and supported web pages.
TZ Manager
TZ Manager is a web application for managing the Ocean Informatics
Term Zoo backend, utilized by different applications and web pages
within the Ocean Informatics infrastructure.
