Grid converter - single

The single grid converter is a tool used to convert latitude-longitude value pairs to corresponding line-station value pairs for projects with standardized sampling grids, along with viewing these conversions and browsing standard sampling grids on a map.

Grid converter - batch

The batch grid converter is similar to the single grid converter but performs batch conversions on columns copied from your Excel spreadsheet.

Log tool

Use the log tool to join your CSV file to one of the datasets in DataZoo to obtain additional columns.

Datetime tool

The Datetime tool can be used to join datetime components from different columns into a single YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS formatted datetime column.

Controlled vocabularies

Ocean Informatics controlled vocabularies utilized in DataZoo through the Cvcatalog backend.

Participant lists

Study participant lists used within DataZoo through the PeopleZoo backend.
