Hi Kirk,

I was looking at the Stearns Wharf website and saw that we still don't have a plot yet but then I noticed that the values didn't make sense to me. Based on the following readme file and the data files I saw on the server, I must have plugged in the external voltage Y-cables backwards at the base of the ctd.
SBH Realtime Data Stream

col1: # begin data stream
col2: 17.6571 temperature
col3: 4.34382 conductivity
col4: 3.178 pressure
col5: 0.0011 v0 BP (voltage) ******Looks more like Fluorometer voltage************
col6: 0.0001 v1 Free *************Looks like Transmissometer voltage*************
col7: 0.3845 v2 Fl ***************Looks like BP voltage************************
col8: 0.0002 v3 XMISS **********Looks like Free channel**********************
col9: 33.1833 salinity
col10: 24 Aug 2004 date PST
col11: 19:58:13 time PST
col12: 23.9646 density (?)
col13: 14.1 battery voltage
col14: 220.4 operating current (mA)

# temp, cond, press, v0, v1, v2, v3, salin, date, time, density, batt, current (\n)

We can probably dive again on Tuesday to correct this problem if that is easier than reassigning columns for your scripts. I apologize for this error. I'll check with our divers and we'll fix it asap. I might even be able to round up other divers sooner.

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience,
David
